((Nuuu! If Jason and Robyn want to join, go ahead... I'm sure you could find some way to have them involved with the party... You might just have to introduce them as standing on the front step whilst Mrs. Black intterogates them! XD
Oh, and thankies Andy! I'm glad someone did. It was feeling unloved, 'cause I didn't really like it! ^^))
Even as his brother greeted him, Sirius remained slumped against the wall, arms crossed defensively over his chest, his gaze resting pointedly on the girl standing beside him. "I'm sorry CJ, did you hear something?" he queried, straightening up whilst his brother spoke, "Amazing how eloquent bugs are these days, don't you think?"
Muttering under his breath, he barged past Regulus and strode back into the crowd. He could've sworn that he had heard the shrill tones of his aunt Melanctha somewhere in the room. And that meant Andy was in the room somewhere. Trying not to hurry, Sirius pushed past people, occasionally halting and standing on the tips of his toes, to increase his field of vision. After five minutes of doing this, though, he couldn’t pretend he wasn’t more than mildly bored – and catching sight of Nirak had not improved his mood. “Time to resort to plan B,” he murmured to himself, scratching his ear and casting a brief grin at another distant relative, before nodding curtly at Nirak. “Andy!” he called, walking off again, “ANDY!”
((Sorry all my posts are so crappy lately, guys. I'm having real trouble.))

{{Bah. I really want to join this roleplay. Like...uber really. If Sirius cannot sneak James in like I am pretty sure he could, because James is pureblood, after all, and yadda yadda. Anyway, I'm rambling now. Point, if James can't join in, I would love to join as...
-ahem-
Perhaps the lovely Bellatrix Black? I roleplay her. I forgot I did, but I do. So, I am just waiting for a response form either Twigs or Moo for that.}}

((Well it's ok with me, dearie. I'm not sure if Andy was s'posed to play Bellatrix at some point... but as she's playing Andy in this roleplay, I'm sure she wouln't mind?
But if you wanna play James, go ahead! It'd create tension in the Black Household, which is just what we need!))

{{Alrighty, let's get Jason interrogated now, shall we? -evil eyes- By the way, is it alright if I said he received a letter from someone anonymous inviting aforesaid Jason to the party? I can't think of other ways since Jason is all prim and proper. -glares at Jason as if its his fault- The time is evening, right? }}

A lone figure walked down the path. Its head was bent, as opposed to its normally erect pose. Its usually tidy hair had ruffled slightly and was sticking up a little at odd ends. Hastily drawing its cloak around it, the figure continued its way towards the Black Manor. Why had he, Jason Pattew, been persuaded by a letter which was sent by some anonymous person to attend a party held by one of the few infamous pure-blooded wizarding family ever?
Jason groaned slightly at his own stupidity and continued. He had shown the letter to his parents, both who insisted the boy to go and give it a try. “They are being too optimistic. I’ll be turned away even before I reached the front door.” muttered a weary Jason. His father had dropped him off somewhere near the corner of the street, a good way from the manor, since seeing a Muggle would probably send the Blacks into insane rage. His mother was not going to be present because she "can’t stand those pure-blooded freaks". She looked horrified after saying that.
He was neatly dressed, in his silvery green robes and black cloak, seeing as one of the most Slytherin based families’ party is his destination. His hand held both the invitation letter and the gift for Mr. Black. The gift was a century old sword with an emerald eye serpent twisting round its handle towards its blade. Apparently, it belonged to a relative from his mother’s side and is said to carry a curse with it. However, it has not cause any ‘catastrophic events’ as the relative said and since it is clearly not of their taste, Jason’s mother decided to give it to Mr. Black as a birthday gift. His mother, Rowena is a pure-blood witch and was once a Slytherin, though she could have pass off as a Gryffindor any day, the same goes for Jason, though it is the other way around.
He had finally reached the imposing Black Manor. “Here goes nothing…” The boy flattened his hair and started up the front steps nervously. He could see a lady standing at the door-step, welcoming the guests. Pausing at the sight of so many pure-bloods gathering at one spot, Jason gaped in awe. Who knew there were so many pure-bloods nowadays? Shaking himself out of his reverie, he went up the steps, flashing one of his sincere, gentleman-like smiles. “Good evening, Madam. I received an invitation to come to this party.” Jason continued to smile, hoping she would not notice the fact that he is a Muggle-born and kick him out, that would not be very nice now, would it?

While one of her sons searched the party for his cousin, and the other attempted to anger his brother, Mrs Black stood at the door of her abode, a fake smile plastered across her heavily powdered face.
The black cap that usually resided upon her head had made a disappearance, and her greying locks were for once piled on the top of her head in a tight coil. Black tendrils hung from the bun, snaking down behind her ears as if alive.
The woman's squat frame had been squeezed into a black cocktail robe that was quite clearly decades old, and very weathered. In that respect, it matched her face rather well. Mrs. Black had obviously been very pretty in her younger days. Sirius was lucky in that it was her looks he had inherited. Unfortunately, however, lines and furrows had been plowed into her skin over the years, and the woman looked much older than she was.
As she waved another of her guests into the house, Necreada rasied a hand to her mouth and ran a finger 'round her lips, ensuring that her the scarlet lipstick she had earlier applied had not smeared. She hurriedly ceased the action as another guest approached, and re-arranged her smile instead.
It was a smile, though, that did not last long, but morphed into a severe frown as the boy grew nearer. Squinting slightly, she craned her neck forwards, studying Jason intently. "Funny..." she murmured, smoothing down her robe. "Don't recognise..."
But Jason had arrived at the steps of the house, and there was no way that Mrs. Black could continue talking to herself, not unless she wanted to be thought of as clinically insane. Shuddering slightly at this thought, she stopped her muttering and cocked an eyebrow at the boy who now stood beside her. "Did you now?" she queried in a rather harsh tone, instantly suspicious, "Are you sure about that? Are you sure that poisonous toad, that Sirius of mine didn't choose to invi..." Suddenly, the woman's words slowed. The emerald embedded in Jason's sword was winking up at her. Nothing could change a Black's mind more easily than the proposal of more riches. "Oh no.. hang on.... I do believe... Yes. That's right. My husband sent a letter to you." The lies oozed from her mouth, the words honeyed beyond all belief, "Well come in, my dear, come in. Though you'd better give that exquisite gift to me, rather than taking it through to the party... I'll put it in the safe, and show it to Mr. Black later. It'll be greatly appreciated, I'm sure."
Without waiting for Jason's answer, Mrs. Black tugged the sword from his hands and hugged it close to her shapely chest. "Lovely, dear, just lovely. In you go then! The room to the left."
((Sorry about the slight power-play.))

Jason flashed his best smile at the lady who was obviously Sirius’ mother. His worry grew as she interrogated him, as suspicion grew in her eyes until… One minute, he had the sword, next it was in the women, Mrs. Black’s embrace. He thanked his mother mentally for being thoughtful enough to think of the gift. “Are you sure I do not have to take it in…” Jason’s words fell on deft ears. Oh well, he heard her instructions and bowed slightly, confidence returning. “Thank you, Madam. You are most kind.” Jason went into the house, pausing to wonder where he should put his cloak. Looking around, he thought it best to just go into the room first, before something awful happen, which just might, especially if you are a Muggle-born in the midst of so many pure-bloods… Black… hmm… Oh well, might as well find Sirius while he’s here, at least he is a fellow Gryffindor.
{{Never mind. I did not know what to do with the sword anyway... Where do I put the cloak? or coat whatever its called.}}

ll Yay! We are not leaving for New York until tomorrow. ^^ -happiness- That means I can post. And I had no intention of playing Bellatrix, Jamsie. ^^ I'm not ebil enough. If I made an intro for her she'd be all happy and peppy wearing pink ribbons in her hair. -imagines- ;D ll
"Oh, heh, hi." Andromeda muttered glumly to Nirak, dreading whatever he would do next. But she didn't have to try and imagine what would become of the situation. The moment Andy opened her mouth to speak again, (about to introduce Narcissa as 'The sweet little girl who is going to someday marry Lucius') a group of girls stormed in between the two screaming 'LUCY!', (Andromeda couldn't help but think how twisted these people were here, 'LUCY!' was the fan girls' cousin for god's sake, their cousin!), breaking the tension for Andromeda who grabbed her little sister's hand and plunged into the middle of the room. Of course, this was where the crowd was. If Nirak was really feeling murderous that day, he was more than welcome to kill her... but only infront of her mother and father... and the rest of the family for that matter.
"ANDY!" Andromeda jumped at her name being screamed by someone in the room. She slightly cringed, thinking it was someone like Aunt Jacqueline who wanted to discuss how pretty the new couches in the Slytherin Common Room were, or something pointless along those lines so Andy could only grunt a simple 'Yes' and nod as her contribution to the conversation.
Rolling her eyes, the middle Black sister turned, her hand still clamped on to Narcissa's hand. "Ye-- Sirius?" Andromeda's face lit up as she saw her cousin. "Finally! I've been trying to find someone normal in this room for ages!" Annoyed glances in the room were exchanged by one another as they overheard Andy accidentally say her last sentence a bit too loud.
Abandoning Narcissa, she fought her way past a few relatives still looking at her funny. Miss Black really didn't care if her tenth, (if that) cousin didn't like her. Hell, she didn't care if the whole lot of them didn't like her at this point. She didn't want to be at this party anyways. Her father wasn't etching to come either, but his brother was turning 50.
"It's the least we can do but to accept his invitation and show up for a bit." Were Alphard Black's exact words. Show up for 'a bit'. Psh, Andy had already been at the party for atleast an hour and a half, and that to the teen that was a very very long time to be sitting around pretending to be excited about seeing the family. The whole family.
Woot, get out the streamers. Party time. Her thoughts dripping with sarcasm, Andy continued to rudely push people out of her way. She even made someone drop their napkin full of food on the floor, but of course this was quickly fixed with the wave of a wand. "Sirius!" Andy breathed as she stood almost infront of him, only one person standing in her way. Not bothering to see who it was, the naive girl barged right through the woman who seemed to be talking to an elderly man.
"Sirius, finally. I--" A crash. A tingle trickled up and down Andromeda's spine. Something just shattered, and this was no doubt the reason someone was staring at her. Reluctantly, Andy turned to face whomever was looking at her. "Andromeda..." An icy voice said softly which made another tingle run down Andy's back. "Please. Never barge right past me while I am speaking to your Great Uncle William, for it is most annoying when you knock into me and break my cocktail glass, making the liquid splash all over my new robes." Melanctha Black's icy stare bore right into Andromeda which made her daughter simply freeze. It was almost hypnotic.
Andromeda slightly shook her head, trying to relieve herself from the 'trance'. Had her mother picked up in her studies of Occoclumy {eh... spelling? xP} again? "I'm so sorry, mother, I swear it will never happen again." Melecntha didn't look convinced as her eyes surveyed her daughter, and then down to the bottom of her robes where the drink just barely splashed her ankles. "Fine, I won't embarrass you here--" Too late. Andy thought. "So we'll just discuss this when we return home. Now, please." Mrs. Black ushered her daughter off, taking out her wand with her spare hand to fix the problem of the shattered glass.
Letting out a sigh of relief, Andy hurried the last few feet to Sirius. "'Lo." She smiled, hoping he his mind was elsewhere when she spilt her mother's drink. "Umm... I'm sort of hungry. Where are the biscuits?" It was the first thing that popped into Andromeda's mind, so she just said it.
ll Sorry that post was so long. I had this urge to make it... more interesting than it would have been if Andy just walked over to Sirius. xP ll

Two Slytherin figures glode up toward the front door of the Black household. The boy was clad in his most prised robes, they were in the colours of the Slytehrin House, a deep green with elegant silver trimming. Behind him his younger sister walked quietly, wearing a deep black dress with the Slytherin crest sewn up near the top, Robyn wished that her mother had allowed her to wear her normal, flat black shoes instead of those murderous high-heels but her mother had been insistent on Robyn wearing her new heels at least once. Marco ran a hand over his hair gently, making sure that it wasn't sticking up, unlike his sisters short hair that was spiking up oddly.
Robyn smiled sweetly as she recalled getting the invite, she'd received an owl days before from CJ who had said that she was going, she decided that she'd accept the invitation if it meant being able to hang out with CJ for the first time since they'd split for the Summer Holidays. Robyn held a small black box with silver and green decorations on it. The box contained a rather beautiful and ornate pair of silver snake cuff-links, they had been chosen by Marco, he thought Mr Black would approve of them.
The two silently approached the door, Robyn looked rather pretty in her dress with several silver and emerald pieces of jewelery adorning her willowy figure. The two young Muggle-borns were wary, they were about to enter a house filled with pure bloods and were rather nervous now that the time had come. Robyn sighed softly before taking a deep breath and putting on a rather sweet little smile as she faced the lady of the house, Mrs Black, she crossed the fingers of her left hand behind her back as she held the small box with her right and she just silently prayed that the two of them would be let in...

CJ smiled at Sirius comment about Regulus and as Sirius left she quietly let out a small giggle. The young Ravenclaw's eyes swept around the hallway as people came and went walking past her. CJ's eyes reached the door as two figure silently walked up the pathway.
"No way..." she muttered as the two Slytherin's reached the doorway. She gasped as she recognized the two of them. The boy's blond hair was slicked back smartly but it was still obvious who he was by his crystal blue eyes and his silver and green attire. But the girl, it was obvious by the hair and eyes who she was but her outfitting; the dress, the jewelery and her shoes were arguing against that.
"It can't be!" she exclaimed. "Tose two /so/ can not be Marco and Robyn, not here! This is a pure blood party and they're..." she trailed off mid-sentence, she didn't think it would be wise to finish that sentence at all, at least not here anyway...

Jason wondered along into the room. It was crowded, no, more than crowded by insufferable pure-bloods, the kind that could make you feel sick, no offense to Sirius Black. Jason walked past a group of ladies, chatting about potions or what is. He could see a boy in the corner before Jason realized with a strangled gasp, causing several heads to turn in his direction, that there were others from Hogwarts who have seen him and could at any time point out who he was, or in their case, what he was. Apologizing with a series of bows and apologetic gestures, Jason retreated to a corner of the room where he spotted several Hogwarts students, hoping that from his spot, he could at least recognize the ones he had to avoid and do just that, avoid them.
Looking around him, Jason caught sight of the Jones and a headful of blonde hair whose body was practically surrounded by a bunch of screaming girls. Poor Malfoy, Jason couldn’t help but sniggered and turned his gaze else where. He peered at the crowd, catching sight of, Jason gulped, Nirak Dragon, who was staring at… Jason followed his gaze which settled on a rather big crowd of people and… Andromeda Black with a little girl no older than, ten he supposed. Turning towards the furthest corner of the crowded room, Jason finally caught sight of Sirius, who was accompanied by someone who looked relatively familiar, “Another Black, I supposed.” Jason shrugged as he muttered inaudibly to himself. He would have loved to go over to either Sirius or Andromeda, but that would mean having to walk across the room full of Muggle-haters and he would be in full view of Nirak Dragon. Not a good choice, so Jason retreated even further into the shadows, hoping he could just melt away into the tapestry. Oh well, it did help him blend into it, seeing the patterns on his robes were of the same as the tapestry. Oh why did he let his parents persuade him into coming, why?
