It was an enchanting afternoon in Diagon Alley. The sidewalks were busily preoccupied with many wizards and witches, both young and old. Owls were making their bosterious racket, young wizards and witches crowded upon the windows of the broom shop, and the older witches and wizards were in the book store. The sun was shing down upon this esctatic place, no crimes were commited here, no homeless, nothing horrible and gruesome took place in the Diagon Alley.
Vivid forest green eyes were devouring words from inside a book. The eyes were from a young maiden, her age, in her late twelves. She sighed, and meandered her way through the numerous aisles of books, towards the counter where the cashier was placed. A thin hand held out some coins, gold, silver, and bronze ones, all different sizes. The cashier snatched them away and nodded approvingly. The girl did the same.
She ambled out of the bookstore, and stored the book she had bought inside a bag she carried on one of her broad shoulders.
"Mum! I bought the book!" she exclaimed, scampering through the crowds and stopped obedentily right in front of a tall woman who had a thin frame.
"Well, dear Emily, the only thing you need to buy is new robes," the woman replied, leading her daughter towards the store that selled robes and accessories.
