(Yes! Jump in, James. It'd be funny! xD)
Tobias smiled softly, nodding. "If you must," he said softly, sighing dramatically. "But don't spend too much on me. I don't deserve it." His voice held a slight accent- Welsh? Scottish? Irish? I mix of them, really. Tobias's very own accent.

James sat alone in the Three Broomsticks nursing his thrid cup of butterbeer. Why was he alone? Because his friends didn't see the point in waiting in a dank pub on the off chance a certain red head may come in. They had better things to do, such as visit Zonkos (Sirius), the Book Shops (Remus) and well...Where did Peter go? He shrugged and banished the thought from his mind- who cared?
So he sat, his hair (as usual) a mess and his eyes glazing over. He wore black jeans and a white shirt, unbuttoned at the top. He was bored but when (if) Lily came he'd be ok. He hoped. If she didn't come in, he decided, in the next 15, actualy no, he thought, I'll give her some time. If she didn't come in the next 30 minuets he'd go and find Sirius.
His thoughts turned back to Lily. They hadn't been getting on, did they ever get on? He sighed, he always made things 100 times worse, but this time he'd try and be... Mature. He would... With this thought stuck firmly in his mind he watched the door of the pub, willing Lily to come in. It never occured to him that she might not be alone...!!

Tobias hesitated slightly, before taking Lily's hand gently, and leading her over to the Three Broomsticks. Eyes twinkling, he opened the door for her; slightly long black locks crystalized with the falling snow. "After you," Tobias smiled. (Ick. Had to get them in there, sooo..)

When Tobias took her hand she paused slightly, it was so soft and gentle, she felt the colour rising in her cheeks again and across her collar. "Why, thank you." She said performing a florid curtsey and walking into the pub. She unwrapped her scarf from around her pale neck and flicked out her auburn hair so it came loose from her jacket collar. "Two butterbeers please." Lily asked politely over the bar. She tapped the wooden top with her slim fingers and placed a few coins on the top as she came over with two bottles.

James' head shot up as he heard a familiar voice say 'Two Butterbeers please..' Two? Who was Lily here with? He craned his neck round and saw her with... some random guy he didn't know. He frowned and stood up.
Got to make it look like you've just come in, he thought to himself, not like you've been here ages waiting for her. He walked up to the bar and fished in his pocked 'One Butterbeer please,' he asked, hoping the waitress didn't say 'Another one sir?' As this was his fourth. Luckily she didn't and James grabbed his drink and did a double take at Lily 'Evans!' he exclaimed 'Fancy seeing you here..' Lame, he thought just like the 'opposite attract' episode.

Lily frowned, trust Potter to appear at this precise moment. "Well it is a pub, Potter, lots of people come in." She hissed at him as she nodded her thanks to the barmaid. Taking a deep breath she turned and headed for a window seat, rolling her eyes. She slid into the seat and put the butterbeers down, waiting for Tobias to join her.
(And join away Anya! The more the merrier!)

Tobias followed after Lily, sitting down next to her. He glanced at James, grin on face, eyes a blue-green colour (Mock sympathy) and winked at him. Tobias took a butter-beer, nodding to Lily, clearly saying that she needn't spend too much on him. Eyes a golden-hazel colour, he looked from Lily to James.

Anya, who was sitting near by saw the couple come in and sitt down. She had been watching James for the past half-hour, and smirked at how his face fell when he saw the boy. Standing, she smoothed out her whacky robes.( They ger scarlett with gold clothes underneath). Walking closer, but not so she'd be in the way, she watched to see what Potter would do next.
((That was rather sucky)

A tall boy, crowned by tresses of black, stood up from behind a recently vacated bench. A frown adorned his mouth, snowflake crystals his crown, a thawing snowball resided in his left hand.
Swallowing deeply, Sirius scratched his neck, discarding the snowball as he did so. So that was what Miss. Evans got up to in her spare time... approached strange boys and took them for drinks... Sirius cringed as he recollected the entirity of Lily and Tobias's conversation, rememebring how he had mimed throwing up as Tobias's stated Lily's perfection; how indignant he had been as he heard Lily call him 'immature'.
Little was it known to the couple, but Sirius's had been crouched behind the bench since a few minutes before Lily had approached. His original intention had been to stuff a snow-ball down Tobias's dark robes - though Lily, as usual, had succeeded in ruining the progress of the prank. And it seemed that wasn't all she had done. She seemed to have succeeded in 'Pulling' Tobias... Pulling. Such a vulgar term, one thinks... perhaps 'succeeding in winning the affection of Tobias' might be a better term to use?
To be honest, Sirius didn't care. He knew only that he had to tell James what he had witnessed - yet how could he, when his friend sat in the very same place to which the two 'lovers' were headed?
Shaking his head to eradicate this thought, Sirius approached The Three Broomsticks, following, so to speak, in Lily and Tobias's footsteps.
He walked slowly, so as not to be conspicuous, so as not to arouse suspicion in the hearts of the two other Gryffindors. He soon arrived at the pub and pushed open the door, the handle unfortunately catching on his bulging pocket, causing numerous Zonko's products to fall to the floor.
Sirius dropped to his knees, unaware of the cold water that lay on the wooden planks, remains of snow trudged in by many boots. He screamed girlishly as the freezing liquid tickled his knee-caps - though he continued to scrabble anxiously for the tricks.
Standing up, he looked about. It hardly been the least attention-drawing entrance... Oh well... He looked about for James, dark eyes scouring the dimly lit pub for his friend's reassuring smile. The teen froze as his gaze settle on Tobias and Lily, though he defrosted within seconds, ambling casually over to James and clapping him on the shoulder. "You've found out, then?" he murmured, apologetically.

Gaze was drawn to the new-comer who came through the door. Tobias watched as Zonkos products fell out from the boy's pockets. Clearly, he was one of the Marauders. And from his looks, none other than Sirius Black.
He snorted softly, shaking his head; turning his gaze back to Lily. Who cared if two of the Marauders had entered the Three Broomsticks? Meant nothing to him. Nothing at all.
