((No - but if you look a book six, it tells us they can do magic in a magical household, 'cause the ministry can tell where magic is being performed, but not who performed. So if the kids performed magic here, the Ministry would simply assume it was Mr or Mrs Black.))

Robyn was rather taken aback by Sirius' words. She bowed her head softly and then backed away. She tossed her hair lightly as she inhaled deeply, consoling herself.
He's right you know, a Muggle Born at a pure blood party. What were you thinking??
CJ's meant to be here. I haven't seen her all Summer, I just thought...
Oh, come on! If any one else finds out what you are you'll be out on your ear!! No one loves a Muggle Born...
Robyn sighed softly, she turned toward the wall, picking up a few snacks on the way, her dress billowing out around her as she walked. She leaned against the wall and surveyed the room blankly. As she stood there her own words echoing around her head.
No one loves a Muggle Born... No one...

Sirius snorted when he heard Jason's comment and went to make a witty retort - though stopped when he remembered the the other boy lived with a muggle. "Oh... do you not do magic in your house? I mean... we're in a pure-blood wizarding house here... The ministry wouldn't dream of accusing me and Regulus of underage magic. And even if they did, they wouldn't be able to prove it was us. We have a house-elf, parents that are constantly setting charms... and wizards and witches walking in 'on business' all day, every day. And I don't know if you noticed, Jason, but my house is more secure than Azkaban, thanks to my father. Our entire house radiates magic. There's no way in hell the Ministry'd be able to pin under-age magic on us. We're fine. Me and Regulus duel all the time."
Rolling his eyes, Sirius turned back to James, grinning. "So what do you say, James? Body bind him, drag him upstairs and hit him with a bat bogey..." The teen hesitated. Robyn had walked away, seemingly upset.
Alarmed, Sirius excused himself and followed after her. "Robyn?" he enquired tentatively to her turned back. He couldn't let her just walk away... not upset, anyway. Someone would notice.... and then try and interfere. Then they'd realise that the girl was a muggleborn. And then all hell would break loose.
Sirius cringed at the mere thought, pulling anxiously at his ear as he did so. "Robyn? You ok?"

Robyn's eyes snapped away from her shoes at the sound of her name. It was the Black boy, she brushed away a few tears that had begun welling up in her eyes and she managed to cast him a light smile.
"Yeah, Sirius." she murmurred lightly. "Yeah, I'm - I'm fine..." she added softly.
The girls small grey eyes had swelled up lightly, her deep, grey pupils now more noticable than ever, they look so cold, so hurt but at the same time almost un-feeling. But somewhere, buried deep in the small girls eyes and her heart was something un-mistakable. Somewhere, hidden deep inside of her Robyn's heart was an aching, an aching for one person imparticular, that one person who she wouldn't see 'till her nest year at Hogwarts. Someone who's friend was standing right in fornt of her.
Robyn stood sligthly straighter, straightening out her dress suddnely, her eyes furiously blinking back tears. The girl was hurt, by her own hearts words. And also, mainly, she was hurt by the cruelty of others towards people like her...

Ooc: Oh yeah, I can't believe I forgot...x.X
Bic: Jason listened attentively, trying to absorb all the information that were spilling out of Sirius' mouth. Satisfied, he nodded, happy to think that he had at the least aqquire some knowledge. Well, at least this party proves to be a little informative...
Jason smiled amused at Sirius' list of spells and jinxes to put on Regulus, but his eye was caught by the departure of a girl, though he could not remember her name, something that sounds like a bird, that's all he remembers. Glancing at her, Jason realised that Sirius had went up to talk, perhaps console the girl, who was obviously a Muggle-born, from the way she reacted to Sirius' comment. Studying the duo, Jason couldn't help but wonder, why do the pure-bloods, well, majority pure-bloods hate them so much? Why do they not try to at least be polite with the Muggle-borns? Jason sighed and shooked his head, it was like racist, except, this one involves your so-called purity of blood. Jason continued his musing for quite some while, simultaneously wondering whether or not he should join in the hexing.

Narcissa turned her head to look at the picture that her sister had pointed out. "Ah! Nude person!" The little girl spun on her heals away from the rather pornographic portrait and ran, her long, curly blonde hair bounced behind her as she went.
After reluctantly talking to several relatives, who squeezed her cheeks and played with her hair, Narcissa managed to find Andromeda standing in a group of people who all looked around her sister's age.
As she made her way over, the words Oh... do you not do magic in your house? I mean... we're in a pure-blood wizarding house here... reached her small ears. This meant that there had to be a mudblood over there!
Without even speaking to her sister she walked right past her and stood in front of the boy whom her cousin had spoken too. "You're a mudblood?" she asked with child-like innocence. She poked his stomach area, as that was as high as she could reach. "You don't seem any different." she then turned her pale face up at his as if analyzing him. "Aren't you supposed to be ugly?" she inquired pointing a finger accusingly at him.

Jason's musing were rather rudely interrupted by a jabbing sensation at his stomach. looking down, he found himself at the finger end of a little girl, who was currently accusing him of not being ugly. Wincing slightly at the term 'Mudblood', Jason looked at her carefully before speaking, chuckling with a little mirth from her question. "Of course I do not look any different, child, you yourself called me a... Mudblood so it is the blood that is different, not how I look. Was I supposed to have green skin and red horns sprouting out of my head?" Jason asked, not unkindly for he could see she was young and possibly did not know the damage of her words.

Andy blinked at Sirius' joke. Godlier wasn't a word... "Righto..." She muttered quietly raising an eyebrow while slightly grinning. Then--
What are you all doing here?! Andy thought for a moment on the question. "Well I--" She stopped as she realized the question was not directed upon her. Ah, well. She watched as Robyn sulked away, Sirius following behind her. Moments passed as the Ravenclaw stood quietly thinking about nothing in particular. --You're a mudblood? Andromeda almost fell over laughing as Narcissa approached and began prodding Jason's stomach. Truthfully, she didn't feel any sorrow for Jason since this was just so bloody hilarious. "Narcissa!" She finally got out, trying to get herself under control. "You shouldn't--" Then Jason spoke up.
Aww, he doesn't seem hurt. Andromeda thought coldly, wanting to watch some sort of conflict. But then again maybe that's a good thing...

Sirius frowned, shifting his weight onto one foot and folding his arms across his chest defensively. His eyes glittered with unspoken confusion, and he looked silently at Robyn for a few seconds before making any attempt to speak.
"You're not," he replied finally, with a shake of his head, "But..." Just then, the teen caught sight of a head of blonde hair bobbing amonsgt his friends. He froze. Two syllables began to pound about his head, twisting his stomach inside out and causing him to physically cringe. Uh Oh. "Umm, Robyn - I have something I really quickly need to sort out. But come back over to the group with me, 'eh? I know this party's pretty dreadful, but trust me, it's marginally better when you're in a big group. I've experienced enough of 'em to know."
Having offered the girl a smile, Sirius turned away, literally dashing back to his friends and swooping, like an eagle, upon Narcissa. His arms were outstretched, and he certainly looked as if he were about to snatch the six year old into his arms and hug her tightly, before swinging round in wide circles. This sort of greeting would probably have been considered normal, between two cousins who actually enjoyed each other's company.
Sirius, though, never usually partook in such displays of affection. Especially when greeting Narcissa.

Robyn tried to look thankfull of Sirius' offer but she just couldn't quite manage it. Coming to this party had been a stupid idea, she was probably mad for accepting her inviation. But who, in their right mind would have invited her anyway? She shrugged all of her negative thoughts away as she follwed Sirius back towards the group.
In a way, she thought, if she spent some time at the party with Black and Potter it might bring her closer to them and in turn, closer to Remus. She decided that hanging around in this group might just be a good idea. Being in a group meant that she could avoid being seen and avoiding being seen meant avoiding converations and the ever present dread that someone would discover exactly what the young girl was...

"Ooh! I get it!" Narcissa exclaimed after Jason's short speech. "So is you're blood, green or something?" Of course this sounded rather silly, but to Narcissa it was rather sensible, considering the fact she had never seen a muggle-born bleed.
Just before another word could escape her lips she was swooped off her feet into an unexpected embrace by none other then her cousin Sirius, who had never taken any mind to her before. Even though Narcissa smiled as she enjoyed the attention, the girl figured something must be wrong with her relative and thought of the most logical explanation to make him behave this way.
As soon as Sirius had set her down upon her own two feet again, she looked up at him and her face became very serious. "Are you drunk or something?"
//-snicker snicker- Leave it up to Narcissa to say something like that. XD//

Damnit, he was sick of Sirius and his Mudblood loving friend.
Hearing Sirius' and James' comments Regulus growled. "Touch me Potter and you'll wish that you'd never come around here in the first place." He narrowed his eyes and turned to Sirius.
"Becides Sirius I really don't think Mother and Father would be very happy if you ruined yet another party." He smirked, "If I recall you don't enjoy the basement too much.." He paused when he saw Sirius greet Narcissca.
"Well theres something you don't see every day."

ooc} -ish laughing too hard to reply- nah, just kidding^^ that was funny...
Bic} Jason would have roared with laughter, if he were that kind of person. Chuckling, he decided there and then, this is one hell of a kid. Shaking with laughter, Jason turned back to tell her his blood was not green and noticed that she was swept up by none other than Sirius. Waiting for them to finish their embrace, Jason was caught in yet another outbreak of chuckles, this time involving the girl calling Sirius drunk.
He was busy laughing, but that did not block out sounds from other people, namely Regulus Black. That kid is a real pain in the neck. Fingering his wand in his pocket, Jason wondered whether he should try hexing Regulus, but then, that would mean taking all the fun from James and Sirius, not a bad idea...

Sirius cocked an eyebrow at his younger cousin as she demanded an explanation for his behaviour. "No!" he replied indignantly, holding Naricssa in one hand and poking her on the nose, before gently lowering her to the floor again. "No, Cissie, I'm not drunk."
The teen's honeyed words were interrupted as Rewgulus once again spoke out of turn. "Shut up Regulus," he spat, one hand on his blonde cousin's shoulder. "Don't dare speak to my friends like that! They're way better than you ever will be, and so deserve a little respect. If anyone's going to ruin this party, it'll be you..." Perhaps the rant would have continued, but then the basement was mentioned. Sirius raised a finger in warning. "You bring that up again, Regulus, and you'll be hexed to high heaven. Even Merlin wouldn't be able to put you back together properly!"
