"Shut up, Potter. I can see your legs aren't paralyzed." She muttered with a roll of her brilliant green eyes. "There won't be a next time, Potter, because you won't be speaking to me after this." She said though clenched teeth as she marched over to where Anya was stood with her legs bound together.
Lily couldn't believe it, not only had she failed in cursing Potter completely, but she had also managed to get her friend in a leg bind. This was not a good day.
The red head sighed as she flicked her wand again and muttered the counter curse on her best friend, unsure whether this would result in Potter being free, since it was the same spell just two halves of it.
"Sorry Anya. I didn't mean to get you involved." She said quietly as she glanced nervously towards her best friend.

James flashed a large grin Evans' way as he made his way behind her, looking at Anya over her shoulder.
"Lalala, Evans," James said happily, his hazel eyes glinting beneath his now severely crooked glasses, as he still tried to pull his hand up to mess up his raven hair. James gazed up at the sky for a moment, his greenish brown eyes widening at the lack of clouds. Argh, why couldn't there be a breeze when James needed it? "I'm talking to you, can you hear me?"
And then James' right hand went flying upwards as it hit James square in the nose. "Ow," James said with a laugh. Nope, James wasn't embarrassed about hitting himself in the face with his hand. No, that'd be really rude thing to do to himself. Apparently the countercurse worked for Anya, as well as him as it was the same hex.
Well, at least he could ruffle his hair up now.

Anya rolled her eyes. "You really /are/ an imbecile, aren't you, Potter?" Maybe thats why Lily and James would make a cute couple. he was an idiot, and she was a genious. What was weird was that Anya completley ignored the fact that she had been paralyzed.

"No, all I can hear is an annoying brat." She said coldly as she looked up towards the castle. "Come on Anya, shall we go up to the library?" She asked pleasantly as she looped her arm with Anya's. At least that was a place James Potter would never set foot in. She sighed as she pulled down her skirt, in an attempt to cover her knees. "How have you been? It feels like ages since we sat down and had a good chat." Lily said brightly, as the red started to fade from her face and she returned to her normal, porcelain colour.
(No, /that/ was short. -Pokes post- Bleh.)

{I resent that, Anya, on James' behalf. Because Dumbledore said James was one of the smartest people in the school. ^^; He just...doesn't care much for school. XD! Anyway, this is going to be short, too.}
"Library?" James asked pitifully, frowning lightly, as he managed to catch up to Lily and Anya at a light jog. One word: 'Ew'. James had been in the library lately because he thought there was something fishy about his friend Remus. The smell of the library was /horrendous/, you can't talk in it, and Madame Pince will bite your head off if you eat bloody food in there. Merlin, it was like hell on Earth. "I need to look something up anyway," James said in a somewhat regretful tone, just so that Lily knew that she couldn't escape from him quite yet.
"I know you want to link arms with me, Evans!" he added on without thinking, flashing a dazzling smile, his feet shuffling in the grass as he found that he was now going to jog in front of the pair.

The poor girl just couldn't escape could she? She paused for a minute, her mouth hanging open slightly as she stared in horror at the little boy before her. She was on the verge of tears, why wouldn't he go /away/? She felt like screaming, like ripping his head off, like doing anything she could to display her anger in an outward sign of emotion. Screw the handbook, the handbook had not had to deal with James Potter!
"Just leave me alone, Potter! I don't want to see your face and I don't want to hear you speaking to me. I don't want to have to try and swat you away anymore. I'm fed up, just leave me alone. You couldn't get me to hate you anymore right now, Pothead so shove off."
So delicately put.
Her feet began carrying her towards the castle as she roughly pushed him aside and out of her way, shoving against his chest as hard as she could before marching off, her hair swaying in the breeze that had descended onto the grounds.

The poor girl. For once, James felt his heart fall slightly into his stomach. He could just hear the anger in her voice. The pleading in her voice. Perhaps he needn't bother her anymore.
WHOA. What the hell was getting into James Potter right there?
James knew that Evans liked him. For Merlin's sake, of course she did. But even he could push her too far. James quirked a brow, his smirk turning into a light frown, his eyes losing some of that careless twinkle from beneath round spectacles.
"Right, Evans," he said, though his voice still contained a twinge of confidence. "I'm sorry."
And he meant it. Yes, even James Potter had some heart.
{{This James making Evans mad thing is getting a twinge overrated here.}}

(Yeah I know, so what do you want to do instead? Do you want to stop the roleplay there? Or does anyone have a little plot rolling around their heads xD?)
